Help without the runaround.
Choose the thing you’re trying to do. Middos routes you to the right answer or support request instead of making you search through a giant knowledge base.
Most sign-in problems are fixable in a minute.
Your school controls its own Middos accounts. Middos Support can help identify the issue, while sensitive account changes stay with authorized school administrators.
Still stuck? Send a support request →Account identity is managed by your school. Ask a school administrator to confirm the email attached to your Middos user. For privacy, support should not reveal another person’s account information.
Ask your school administrator for an account reset, or choose “Sign-in help” in the support form below. Middos’s current self-hosted build does not pretend to send password-reset email until a real outbound email provider is configured.
Your permissions and linked school records may need to be updated. An administrator can change your role and connect the correct family, staff, or student records from Middos’s user settings.
School records should be changed by an authorized user inside your school workspace. Support can troubleshoot the software and help your administrator understand the right workflow.
School data stays with the school.
Middos is designed so support can help with the product without casually bypassing school permissions. Account ownership, student records, and family data remain controlled by authorized school users.
Tell us what’s blocking you.
Send enough context for the request to make sense, but do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or highly sensitive student information.
